With 18 years of experience at Orion, Joe's journey began after earning his degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. His career progression to Senior Vice President of Operations includes roles such as Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager in our Dallas, TX region. Joe's wealth of knowledge and experience make him an integral part of our team.

Kenneth Loper is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in administration and finance, currently serving as the Vice-President of Administration at Orion in our Concrete division. Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in financial management and strategic planning in over 16 years of working with Orion. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and is actively involved in the community as a board member and facilitator for AGC Houston.

J.P. Donoghue is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Concrete Operations at Orion in Tampa, Florida. With over a decade of experience, J.P. has held various key roles, including Area Manager and Director of Project Controls. His extensive background also includes serving as President of BS RANCH & FARM, INC., where he managed industrial organics recycling operations. J.P.'s diverse skill set and leadership abilities make him a valuable asset in overseeing operational excellence and strategic growth.
